Not worth it

Liked: The room was very good.
Disliked: I didn’t like that half of the property was still under remodeling and when we call (before doing the reservation) they said it was 100% completed.

Passable

When the facility is complete...

Liked: Location is excellent. Pools were excellent with heat. Pool areas with firepits were very nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. Grounds were well maintained and secure.
Disliked: There was too much construction at the facility. Once complete I'm sure it will be a 5 star. All meals were in a banquet room and served as a buffet, not at all to my liking. Noise level in the hall was excessive and not conducive to conversation. You had to walk to the main banquet hall for coffee in the morning, close to 1/4 mile, then not making having coffee on your patio an option and no room service. Many problems with TV and took over a day for technician to come to our room to fix.

Liked: Property is nice. But under significant refurbishment which is due to finish around April / May time
Disliked: Due to the refurbishment a lot of service were not open I.r spa etc. Breakfast was limited but other meals were very good.

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of activities willl be beautiful once renovations are completed.

Liked: Views were amazing, staff was very friendly. Food was good.
Disliked: Dated, certain parts were closed for renovations. Hopefully they update the rooms as well.
