Liked: Service in hotel was very good; all the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: The heating in our room wasn't working. But when we informed the staff they quickly sorted it for us.

Liked: Very comfy beds, clean rooms and very quiet despite being in the the centre of everything. The location was fantastic.
Disliked: The balcony - it wasn't the best, not a great view to sit out at, run down and definitely not worth the upgrade.

Disliked: Only little thing, the coffee in restaurant ,wasn't the best, I've tasted, the free coffee, in reception, was brilliant
