Disliked: The location. A lot of people who are walking the streets looking like they were on drug.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: Claims to be remodeled and it is, somewhat. However, the remodeling was done in a poor way by someone who's never remodeled before. We flip homes so we can tell. Floor nice. Tub was old, rusty, gross, disgusting. New floor but no new moldings so you can see how bad the walls were in the bathroom at floor level.
