Staff were very helpful; nothing was too much trouble.

The staff were VERY rude; ridiculous breakfast prices; they messed up keys and paper work when we all checked in; would never use again!

Disliked: Disgusting treatment from start to finish for our whole party.

Very good

Liked: There was no hot water, the beds were hard... but a renovation wouldn't hurt the building, of course, from the inside too, it's already occupied, it could be more modern. but the location is good for a few nights!

Disappointing for 4 star

Liked: Location and free parking
Disliked: Not sure how this place is 4 star. The facility is barely B&B level. We didn’t even have a fridge in our room and there was no communal area. There was some refurbishment/or something going on so there were no facilities. The shower took almost 15 minutes to warm up. Despite the amazing location and free parking I wont be booking here again.

Perfect stay

Liked: Very nice comfortable room - received an upgrade from Ajeesh . Sebastian on reception was also si gelpful . Rooms lovely and comfortable - will be back soon !

Disliked: there was no hot water in the shower and the sink was blocked, there was no air circulation in the room..and the staff was so-so..I will not come back to this hotel any more

Exceptional

Liked: room i can say was clean , bathroom was also clean i cannot say nothing , beds was comfortable and to be honest i sleep like a baby me and my husband . when we check in and meet staff , i don`t have nothing to say against them then verry good customer service ( the guy from reception romanian i think ) start explaing us everything we need to know in area and the hotel . See you guys in next 2 weeks whit the full family . R.A
Disliked: we was hungry in the evening , and we realise the restaurant isn`t open.. and the bar isn`t selling any alcohol right now .. just soft drinks . lift is not working .

Liked: verry friendly staff , sebastian leave us a verry good impresion and comfort beds and matress , rooms was clean and they just fixing the pool table and leave us to enjoy that . so +10 points
Disliked: need more facilites open.. restaurant and full bar
