Exceptional

Great location and very convenient...

Liked: I liked the location and the convenience. My room was very good and better than I had expected.
Disliked: The staff was good but not exceptional as some of them seemed rather stressed and lacking in empathy. Generally, this is a huge hotel with a lot of budget travellers, some of whom can be a little rough around the edges.

Nice hotel, but 50 minutes...

Liked: Everything ok
Disliked: But we waited for 50 minutes to be checked in at the reception due to long queue. Since we only had one weekend in London this was a bad experience!

Liked: The location is amazing. Rooms clean and being cleaned daily. Great quality for money. Also great luggage storage option.
