Liked: central location, clean and friendly staff
Disliked: very noisy through out the night as windows were not sound proof.

A perfectly located hotel to...

Liked: Reception staff were lovely, room was lovely, clean and beds comfortable, no noise, shower was good and white fluffy towels available. The receptions staff allowed us to check in early which was a bonus. Location great I will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing everything was in order

Theatre trip

Liked: Spacious, clean and comfortable room . Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Very reasonable price and a good location for what we had planned.

Perfect for our group and...

Liked: Just the job! We were a group of 13 friends on a trip to London to see ABBA Voyage but wanted somewhere central. The hotel was perfectly placed, very clean and we were all pleasantly surprised at the decor in the rooms. Beds were comfortable. One of the party needed an iron Ava’s it was delivered to the room in minutes.
Disliked: Only comment I would make is the automatic addition of 20% service charge in the bar…. Applied even if you went to the bar yourself. However we found pubs really close by so only had one drink in the bar.

Close to train and bus...

Liked: Good choice of food, very friendly and helpful staff

Great area to stay.

Liked: Clean, nice area in stay in close to where we wanted to be.
Disliked: Was hot in the room. Just a random chair in the corner of the room. There was a little bit of work going on on a roof terrace and no warning of it. Was a little noise in the morning. Thought I had booked a bigger room. Lifts are very small and didn't stop at our level (6), and when they did, they were full. Said 10 people max but was full with 4.

Clean rooms, customer service was...

Liked: It was nice and clean.
Disliked: There wasn't a mirror close to a plug socket which made it hard for my fiancee to strengthen her hair.
