Royal Bath Hotel

A most agreeable hotel, with a nice historic feel about it.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever...

Liked: Not much- nice foyer
Disliked: The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. It was almost like they didn’t want you to be there and you were bothering them but by breathing. Everyone was really unhelpful and unfriendly. Rooms were rubbish and looks nothing like what they were advertised as. Also very tiny could barely move. Radiators were incredibly noisy all night and I couldn’t sleep more than a couple hours.

Overall was ok

Liked: I loved the location. The view was amazing. I loved the 1930s feel
Disliked: I didn’t like all the extra costs that we kept having, e.g car parking, spa. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Also was very strange not to have the room sundries replenished daily Was very expensive for what it was

Disliked: There was no espresso machine coffee not nice tv options not good and no raido on tv

Liked: It was by the beach
Disliked: Room was looking at back yard Right on the top floor Had to put the kettle by the bedside the lead was to short to reach socket

Exceptional

Lovely hotel, lovely gardens, breakfast...

Liked: Very friendly staff our room wasn't ready when arrived so was given a upgrade which was a lovely sea view, enjoyed the evening entertainment.
Disliked: People in room above had a party and kept us awake however we were kindly given late checkout so could get some rest.

Disliked: The floor boards made noise inside and outside my room, I burn my hand , as their was no hot and cold signs on the bathroom sinks. The breakfast was below standard and their was a glass full of cigarette butts outside on the balcony and one of the guests as me to help him find his wife’s wheelchair that went missing outside his room -
