Disliked: It was very dirty,everything!Hair on the bed,dirty tea spoons and the tea tray as well, bedside table,lamp was dusty(visible),the floor was dirty.The view was disgusting. Very noisy. I wrote to the hotel after when Ive arrived,nobody answered to me. I didnt want to complain front of everybody, I was waiting patiently. When I was checking out i just mentioned this but the answer was this we are extremely busy. The receptionist was rude. And im not sure about i got a proper guest room. It looked like a staff room. Compare those pictures on the booking.com im not sure it was a random standard guest room. Even it took 1:46 minutes to get to my room from the lift. Every rooms door were proper wooden nice door mine was white like the housekeeping pantry door. I paid £224 for 2nights. I am so disappointed. I wish I can upload more pictures...
