Liked: Everything!Location close enough to the party seen of New Orleans but far enough to get a break when & if you needed one. The owners of the property were so pleasant and welcoming. They gave us great advice about what to see and do according to our interest they learned about while we ate breakfast together that morning. The dinning room was always open with fresh fruit & snacks even after the 8:30-11:00 breakfast time. My husband and I had the best time for his 50th birthday. The hostess even gave him an expected gift on his birthday. We have and will recommend it to everyone we know going to New Orleans.
Disliked: Nothing. It was great

Liked: Ruby and Peter were excellent hosts. The property was comfortable and inviting. Local restaurants are close and food was delicious.

Liked: Large and comfortable room. Simple but enjoyable breakfast spread with an espresso machine for coffee. Lovely staff, very helpful with advice on places to visit in the area. Very quiet location.
Disliked: Location is a 1 hour public transport ride from the French Quarter or 20 minute Lyft/Uber if you don't have a car.

Very pleasant and comfortable

Liked: Good options for a continental style breakfast. A comfortable, peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff!
Disliked: I can’t think of any way to improve the Rose Manor experience.
