Easy walk from bus station. Great room and staff. Hotel was great.

Doing T in the Park! The breakfasts were FAB - kept us going all day. The night guy was really welcoming - despite the 2am arrival. The girl on reception/restaurant was brilliant - nothing was too much bother. Room attendant - great and friendly. Kitchen staff - friendly and cooked just the kind of food we wanted. The rooms - clean and comfortable. Already booked for next year! Thanks for making the weekend such a huge success.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room was tired and dated. The window looked out onto a wall, about 12 inches away. With poor natural lighting, the room lighting wasnt great. The TV was about 15 inches but nevertheless didnt matter as none of the channels had a good enough reception to watch anything. Kitchen area wasunder renovation during our stay.

Wont be back anytime soon

Liked: Staff were friendly and welcoming
Disliked: Dated rooms. carpet dirty, shower mouldy and wood sink unit weathered and warped with water. Mould on ceiling. hand wash for both sink and bath…no shampoo. No breakfast facilities or availability to order drinks to take to room in evening. No alternatives for this either.

Booked for special celebration, look...

Liked: Nothing went well
Disliked: The accommodation did not in any way meet the description currently on your website. The property was in a poor state well below an acceptable standard, with no breakfast available as paid for, and no food available as the restaurant was closed, The small window looked onto a brick wall with a noisy extractor fan. On arrival poor lighting 2 out of 3 lights missing in the bedroom 2 out of 3 lights missing in the bathroom, and dirty carpets were inside and outside of the room. Television and air condition did not work - The exterior of the building was in a state of disrepair with dead plants and trees. - Local information hotel closed in liquidation, Holiday was spoiled - if we didn't have tickets for the tattoo (£200.00) we would have travelled home.
