Disliked: disappointed in breakfast offering wifi was not secure room key cards were temperamental and did not work properly. no outside outlets chairs in room were not comfortable no instructions in room on how to use the tv or wifi. missed having a fridge in the room.

Liked: It was close to what we wanted to do. Reasonable price for what we paid.
Disliked: If you are looking for a 5 start place. This isn't it. You get what you pay for. Don't expect 5 stars out of a 3 star.

Hotel needs alot of work....

Liked: It was convenient to alot of places. At check in on Sept 20, 2024 at night. Marwan Oro was great checking us in. Plus I chatted with him a bit about front desk things. Since I have been in hospitality for 30 years. Great guy by far out of anyone working that we talked with.
Disliked: Needs alot of work in our room 442. Carpet was gross , so bad our feet or socks were black. Found things left on the floor along the beds. Cob webs with spiders in them by the curtain and ac unit. Faucet on bath tub leaks bad. Stains on the sheet on the bed by the window. Our tv didn't work. Door to the room is so hard to open and close that you will disturb anyone around coming and going.

Liked: Worst hotel ever… lights didn’t work, switches falling off wall. Cockroaches everywhere, extremely filthy, rude staff especially the girl working front desk in the morning, lied about breakfast.
Disliked: Everything
