Needs a lot of updating and fixing, but like I said, it was perfect for us locationwise - right downtown. It smelled really strong like curry, so maybe put a few air fresheners in the rooms.
Liked: Great location for where we needed to be.
Disliked: Room was down a dark hall; window was not sealed so the cold air came in.

If you're headed to the Orpheum hit this place up. Super cheap and a quick walk to all of downtown Flagstaff :) Also: don't try to hide your dog - the owners live at the hotel and will end up seeing you and charging you anyways (I tried).
Liked: 1/2 block From venue/bars/restaurants.
Disliked: Small, outdated room; $15/night for dog.

I stayed two nights - the location was convenient at an affordable rate. It was close to downtown and everything we needed which was great. It was not as classy as 4 star hotel, but that's not what we wanted. They kept up the room, filling it with clean towels, soap, and toilet paper. The room had a comfortable bed with clean sheets and a room heater. I would stay here again!
Liked: It was a comfortable place to stay. Conveniently located at a fair price.
Disliked: I didn't mind the sound of the train rushing through - made the experience memorable. The hotel smelled a little stale but what hotel doesn't.

Liked: Ideally located for walk to < a href="/venue-hotels/orpheum-theatre-flagstaff-hotels/304988">Orpheum and all around downtown, easy parking.
Disliked: Pretty rough around the edges; very small room; loud corner from traffic and trains.
