Everything looked old; somethings needed to be replaced; room smelled like smoke or some other smell even though I paid for non-smoking.

Liked: The staff was the only thing we liked. She was so nice and helpful. Wish I could remember her name.
Disliked: Where to start. First we get a room. Tv doesn’t work, there was a phone in the drawer but not cord. 1 lamp was broken. Other lamp has food stains. The room beside us had their door open when we arrived. I got high walking to our room. The nice lady at the desk moved us to another room. Everything worked but to us the bed looked sketchy. Slept on the couch.

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!
Disliked: My room was infested with bedbugs and roaches! I went to the front to see about changing rooms and they refuse to change my room. I cannot stay in it! I tried to sleep in the lobby and they will not allow me to do so either! By far the worst experience I ever had with dealing with a hotel. I have pictures supporting this issue.

Disliked: The doors was dirty. A roach was crawling in our room. The tub was dirty. Cobb web's in the ceiling. Motorcycle club playing music loud and the smell of marijuana.

I love the lady that...

Disliked: The room was supposed to be a pet friendly, and the rug smelled like urine. There were cobwebs and dead spiders on the corner of the windows. One of the bed the sheets had urine stains on it? The toilet didn’t work without a plunger.
