Lovely staff, terrible room, massive...

Liked: Staff were lovely. Really very nice.
Disliked: The bedroom was a massive letdown. The door rattled all night, the gutter outside was broken with rainwater cascading onto the ground below making a loud noise, the was a problem with one of the sinks with actual bits of leaves coming out the tap, there was a loose floor socket feeding the tv. There were small holes in the wall above the light socket. The blind was covered in dead flies. At over £350 a night I was very very disappointed.

Disliked: Shower enclosure and grout looked dirty. No vegetarian option for a cooked breakfast except eggs.

Did not live up to...

Liked: Spacious room, big bathroom and private hot tub
Disliked: No elevators so luggage had to be carried up/ down stairs. Although staff did assist. The restaurant did not meet expectations for dinner. My wife had the vegetarian option which consisted of 3 small pieces of cauliflower, should have been a starter not a main. That said the breakfast was perfect. The bathroom was very cold.

Liked: Dinner was great well worth the money and the staff were all friendly and very helpfull
Disliked: Room was nice not sure if it was worth the money but comfortable
