Superb

Liked: It was close to all the sights. Very clean room. Very good quality towels were changed every day. Generous delicious breakfast.
Disliked: The large bathroom has a small bathtub with an even smaller glass door. After showering, the bathroom became a lake. It was obvious that this was not designed by Michelangelo.

The reception staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is within easy distance of all the main sights in Florence.

Disliked: The room was smaller than anticipated but comfortable enough. Bathroom was a little shabby.
