Disliked: Shower screen was broken. So noisy with people coming and going and doors banging. one group we’re running upand down the corridor.

BLOODY AWFUL!

Liked: Not a lot. The small cafe on Hope Street, did B/fast cooked to order and served hot. The kind hotel guest that helped me sort out the Laundry. The desk assistant that upgraded my room because the TV didn't work in room 106.
Disliked: Paying twice, booking.com had taken payment and the hotel charged me again upon arrival. I would not have known about the double charge if I hadn't by chance looked at my accounts. Restaurant rarely open, food was terrible. Breakfast buffet look warm and when put on cold plates scrambled eggs cold with congealed bacon.
