Liked: Staff and clean facility
Disliked: NOISY all hours; doors slamming, people yelling and pounding on doors, dogs barking.

Not a place to stay...

Liked: Location, Bend Soap smell and quality provided in rooms. Ground floor, pet friendly.
Disliked: Construction on both sides of our room even on Saturday and Sunday. Loud, workers parked in front of our window and sliding glass door. Felt like we had no privacy or quiet time to rest. Over charged for our food at the restaurant. People who stay are supposed to get 25% off when they eat there according to the website. No housekeeping, no wash cloths, no extra trash bag for trashcans for an extended stay, no microwave, and only a 1 cup Keurig machine for 4 coffee drinking adults. A man in room above us spit over the balcony and almost hit my 87yr old father in law.

A nice place that needs...

Liked: Stayed there many times, love the view, size or the rooms, conveniences of the restaurant and location to other services.
Disliked: The desk staff and specifically the woman that checked me in was not responsive, caring or put any effort into validating my concerns. Further I am a senior and she said oh you have the best rate and the senior discount or AAA membership would not apply. Extremely frustrating as the rate was not in line with what I had been offered previously. In addition I just experienced a vehicle breakdown and tow so was really in a bind or I would have booked elsewhere due to he lack of effort and either inexperience or lack of knowledge in addressing my concerns.

Liked: The style and size of the rooms and the amenities.
Disliked: Neither of the TV remotes worked in the 2 rooms we had.

Wonderful, comfortable and fun stay.

Liked: Very attentive and courteous staff, tastefully decorated and landscaped hotel, wonderful river running through, and great restaurant.

Very pleasant stay.

Liked: Room has recently been redecorated and is attractive. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Clean, quiet, comfy; perfect location; safe; restaurant is convenient
Disliked: Restaurant staff were rude to my husband and one of their co-workers

Nice river stay

Liked: Beautiful place on the river. Great to have a balcony! Comfy bed.
Disliked: The restaurant is high priced and trying to be too different. Would have paid the price for a normal decent steak and potatoes but didn't need the weird concoctions.
