Great hotel in a fabulous...

Liked: This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Riu Plaza Victoria and we will stay again! It has the most wonderful location in Victoria, it’s modern and welcoming. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The bar is small but really nice and we enjoy a drink and a snack before bed when we get back from the theatre. It is very good value for money for its location and how comfortable the stay is.
Disliked: Just one thing and this is the same as last time we stayed. The breakfast is poor for those with allergies. I have a milk allergy and really struggle here. The signs on the food are almost illegible, there was a tiny section of gluten free options and nothing extra for dairy allergy. They didn’t even have any butter alternative and even though we asked a few waiters, no one understood what we were asking for. It’s a shame but it won’t put us off staying here . If the hotel can see this review and consider allergies a little better then it would be perfect!
