A very good two day visit

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very good

Totally mismanaged and extremely smoky.

Liked: Beds were ok. The limited staff that you find Are really friendly.
Disliked: Terribly mismanaged. And extremely polluted inside with cigarette smoke. The ceilings are low and the smoke hangs around you. No matter where you go. I would end up with itchy eyes after a very loaded time walking to the convention center which is where I needed to go. Any shaded pool area was reserved, but nobody was using it. Terribly wasted. The lines to check in are like Disneyland and there's only one or two people behind the desk. I called the front desk and left it on speaker phone for over half an hour and nobody ever answered it. They have four elevators to go to the higher rooms, but two of them aren't working. There are lines for the elevator. The main breakfast restaurant there, the hash House is also mismanaged. Many open tables but they can't take you in because they don't have enough staff to cover it. We were told it would be a half hour wait to get into the hat House but after the first half hour I asked and they said it'd be another 40 minutes. Once we got in the waitress said to us four times I'll be right with you. The Starbucks in the hotel is similar. I put in an order and was told it would be 20 minutes but it was about 40. People who had done the mobile app put an order in at 6:50 a.m. and we're down there at 8:30 without any food. There were drinks and bags of food all over the table waiting to be picked up and masses of people waiting for their order. An absurdity.

Disliked: Empty bodywash in shower and housekeeping not once refilled it

Not all rooms are like...

Liked: We were attending an event at the Rio convention center, so it was convenient. Rideshare drop off and pickup was very easy.
Disliked: Our room in the Masquerade Tower was spacious, but definitely not one of the renovated rooms that they advertise. It smelled musty and smoky. Walking through the casino multiple times each day to reach the exit, restaurants, convention center, etc was so smoky. Better air filtration systems would be great. Would only stay here again if attending another event at their convention center and didn’t have a car.

Liked: The room was good and generally clean.
Disliked: Staff are very unwelcome, aggressive and rude. Since we checked in we realized something is very wrong. The lady checking us in was unwelcoming to the degree that the young kids sensed something is off and later asked why this lady is angry at us. Also, once you get your room don't expect anyone answering the phone from the front desk or room service.
