Liked: The facilities were clean, the breakfast was good, and the service was excellent.
Disliked: The towels could have been a bit nicer.

Liked: The hotel is convenient for getting to anywhere in central London as there is a tube stop around 5 minutes walk, also some theatres and places of interest are around a 10 to 20 minute walk. The included breakfast was much appreciated and the staff serving were friendly. The area was quiet even though by a road and even though I kept the window open at night. The single room with ensuite was comfortable and was perfect for a short stay. I didn't use it but there was a nice living area with hot drinks available.

Liked: The hotel is great. Nice and cozy. Staff was super helpful and polite. My room was very clean when I arrived and there was someone cleaning it every day and changing towels. The room wasn't that small. I was solo but belive that two could squiz in it. My window was facing the street but it wasn't loud at all. Would recomend especially since the location is really great, there's few metro stations nearby.
Disliked: Can't say that anything really bothered me. The breakfast is basic but still very good and all of the staff was just so nice.

Great location, no frills but...

Liked: Great location and for London prices, good value for money. The staff is courteous and a nice English breakfast is provided. The hotel is no frills but comfortable and sufficiently clean.
Disliked: The room was on the third floor without elevator, slightly inconvenient for older people

Liked: The location was excellent! We were close to restaurants and the subway.
Disliked: The room was tiny.
