Disliked: WOULD BE NICE IF BREAKFAST TIME FINISHES A BIT LATER THAN 9 A.M.

Quirky, comfortable and extremely convenient...

Liked: The staff are so friendly and helpful. The property is incredibly clean.
Disliked: It’s very old and creaky, so don’t stay here if you’re looking for a modern room!

Superb

Liked: Location means you can walk to many attractions, close to several tube stations and buses as well. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast is very good and the staff there are wonderful. Room small but very clean. Lounge good place to meet other guests while having a cuppa.

British hospitality at its best!

Liked: Location, tasty breakfast, kind staff, clean and nicely furnished room - everything was great! We want to definitely stay again!
Disliked: Photos on the booking.com do not do justice to this place (and I think this is the first time ever, usually it is the opposite). We almost didn't choose this hotel after seeing room photos, please make some better photos to showcase how nice the hotel and the rooms are!

Tidy and quiet hotel in...

Liked: Loved the location (on a quiet street but so close to the West End and Tottenham Court Road where there are many food options), the yummy breakfast, the friendly staff, and the small but tidy room. Thank you!

Reasonable Hotel in a Central...

Liked: Friendly welcome from a central location hotel. Easy to find and check in. Appreciated a key for the outer door so I could return when I wanted. Breakfast included and was both generous and delicious. Complimentary drinks available.
Disliked: No-one there when I came to check out.
