Parking was a struggle and the staff acted inconvenienced
Liked: The room was spacious. The breakfast was ok. The location was great, next to the train station.
Disliked: When I got there, there was NO SIGN for HOTEL PARKING anywhere. I had to park on the street, scramble to find coins for the parking meter, lug myself and my kids into the hotel in the rain, find out that I should park where it says "Public Parking", loop back in my car to get back to Public Parking, and struggle to enter the parking because the hotel staff told me to tap the card, when in fact I needed to insert it. If the parking situation is so complex, why didn't the hotel send me information about this in advance? When a hotel says parking available I dont expect to struggle so much to get to the parking. During checkin the staff acted inconvenienced. I had to wait for them to talk on the phone before I could check in. When I checked in at other hotels the staff prioritized guest checkin over lengthy phone reservations. Then when I said I don't have time to sign up for rewards the staff became irritated and proceeded to flaunt how it's so wonderfully easy and fast, and takes just an email to sign up and you get these amazing rewards, and then emphasized BUT you don't have time, of course I understand, you dont have time". At first when they said it was fast I did want to sign up, but then as they continued I realized that they were conveying irritation, so I didn't want to sign up anymore. I drove for hours in the rain, my kids wanted to use the bathroom asap, and the staff was judging me for not having time to sign up for rewards! The next day I again struggled with PARKING because of misinformation. I checked out in the morning and left my car in the garage until afternoon. I checked with TWO different staff at the desk and they both said Ill be able to exit the Public parking with the card. And then the card DIDNT WORK. I had to leave my car blocking the entrance to the parking lot and I frantically ran to the hotel to get a replacement parking card. This hotel stay was so stressful!

Comfortable enough stay in good location
Liked: Great breakfast and lobby area. Location was also very good just a short walk to the centre with shops etc. staff were also very helpful.
Disliked: Very dated rooms that need a refurb
