Liked: I liked the location
Disliked: I waited at the front counter for a very long time before i was ever greeted. Then a child was running back and forth with a cell phone giving it to the lady checking me in and she was distracted the whole time. So check in took awhile. There was no duvet cover in the closet....so no blanket to cover up with. There was no hand soap. They had one shampoo bottle for the soap. There was not any extra shampoo, conditioner to use and there was no wash clothes i had to use a hand towel to shower. I never have complaints when i stay here but this time it was not good. I have stayed many many times but after this i don't believe I will be back

Liked: Smelled really clean and the bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice and clean

Liked: Location, quite area, lots of good walking restaurants with decent bars to wind down
Disliked: The room was spacious and clean but there was a trash can left w trash in it; the good breakfast they promised on line turned out to be only cold meals like oatmeal with no milk around and nobody around to ask! Disappointing!!!

Disliked: The advertising stressed how good the breakfast was. I assume at one time there was a buffet, but covide-19 put a stop to that. However, instead of just making granola bars and other packaged items available, someone could have served up an individualized breakfast in a plastic container for each guest from what once were buffet containers while keeping the guests away from the food. This would have been a better solution.

Disliked: No toilet paper on the bathroom, the bed was horrible, location was wrong to far from what booking was saying on there map
