Liked: Check in took less than a minute and they were able to check me in early. I was able to take a much needed shower and nap right after my flight. Had all the amenities a kitchen should have but also had a room service option.The incidentals fee was only $20, as opposed to $100-150 charged by other hotels. I will definitely have them on my list the next time I visit Houston.
Disliked: Nothing. Superb stay.

Liked: Property was pretty clean but quite worn. Needs updating.
Disliked: Aged.

Friendly staff and spacious room...

Liked: Size and location. The staff was also very friendly and attentive to my needs. Everyone i interacted with was delightful.
Disliked: There were roaches in my room. That is not satisfactory. I know the weather has a lot to do with critters. However, i didn’t like the idea of them being there. The bathtub also had a blemish (crack and small hole) in the tub.

Liked: I like having the extra space. separate bedroom, full size refrigerator/freezer, kitchen, work desk and living room. very homey.
Disliked: the coffee pot was one of those single brew plastic trays with coffee. a full kitchen needs a real coffee pot!
