We had a very positive experience with this hotel. The parking ramp we used was connected to the hotel so we didn't need to carry our luggage outside (it was snowing); the continental breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone! The staff was very polite and helpful with getting us a ride to and from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I truly enjoyed the whole experience.

Disappointed and put a damper...

Liked: Close to Target center
Disliked: No welcome, zero water or coffee, garbages full, elevator broken, no one at desk, no pool as stated, no one at desk checking out, left keys, was not aware of all additional charges including parking. Very disappointed as we wanted to use this hotel moving forward for target center use!

The hotel was convenient, clean,...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. I was able to check in early. Check out was a breeze. The morning coffee was piping hot. The fresh fruit was excellent. I needed walking directions, and the front desk staff was patient and helpful.
Disliked: The hot water in the shower took a little while to come up. Not a big issue...I let the front desk employee know and I'm sure she was going to have it addressed

A wonderful hotel

Liked: The Residence Inn is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was ample. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Minneapolis.

Nice, convenient location.

Liked: Such a convenient location. Friendly staff and clean facilities.
Disliked: Our room was nearly perfect except the shower door created a loud popping sound when it was closing.
