Disliked: Pictures were nothing like the room. Carpet was worn and needed stretched out. Purchased the hotel room to spend time with friends (no husbands or kids). Asked them to please make it a nice room. Was embarrassed this room was so shabby. Ice mach broken

Liked: NOTHING! Room was noisy all night. I got NO SLEEP OR REST
Disliked: I hated the traffic I heard from the highway! The room was hot as well!

We loved it,I think it...

Liked: The pool,cause I like swimming,my grandkids loved how big in beautiful it was,they loved the fish also,It's a very very beautiful place.
Disliked: That you had to pay for breakfast the price you pay for the hotel should come with breakfast,we chose this hotel cause it was so beautiful, and we just knew it was free breakfast,but we was wrong.

Very good

Liked: No complimentary breakfast was offered even though it was mentioned on the reservation. The bathroom wasn’t that clean.
