Not what I remember in...

Liked: I had fond memories years ago of this hotel. Now, it’s practically empty. The only guests there were from British Airways. No robe in my room. I had to call the engineer to plug in my telephone. Male employees extremely more interested in British airline pilots. Crappy excuses. Outsourced room service. Spa closed. I’m moving to Europe in 5 days. Have traveled extensively. My last night in Dallas before flying out. Goodbye, forever. The coffee was good.

better than expected

Liked: room was incredibly spacious
Disliked: the lighting was difficult to navigate. I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the light projecting into the wall from behind the tv so I had to sleep with it on

Place is okay, but overpriced

Liked: The place seems very overpriced, and then also charging people to park. The drinks and food at the bar are also very overpriced ($18/drink), in very small glasses
