I wouldn't stay again

Liked: Nice location, near a park that I wanted to visit. Comfortable bed. No problems with noise.
Disliked: The light over the bathroom mirror was burned out, so I was trying to shave by silhouette from the light behind me.The shower was bad: no complaints about cleanliness, but the head was very low, so that I had to stoop uncomfortably to get my head under it. The shower head was very eco-friendly, which is to say that it only produced something like a light misty drizzle—great for water-saving, but not so good for washing oneself.The light over the desk was very dim; I was trying to transcribe some notes from my paper notebook, and I could barely read them.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was fine and helpful when needed. That said, the hotel is falling apart from neglect. From the wrong toilet seat, to the microwave that emitted burning smells. A complete remod+ needed. Will never stay at this chain again.
Disliked: Everything(except for a nice staff). Even the price being low was not a reason for me to ever go back. Lastly, the room that they put me in was below a room that had pounding on the floor until 3am. Walls are thin. Will never do that again.
