Disliked: The blow dryer wasn’t working. The remote also wasn’t working. We had to keep rotating them to get a good 5 seconds to use the remote before it stopped working again. Also, the beds are way uncomfortable.

Disliked: Not very clean, stains left on bed, odor in room, shower drain had a clog in drain( recommend drain-o/ or something) , hair dryer did not work, i went out of my way to buy things to try to fix the bad odor.

Disliked: New man at desk alone. Took about 30 minutes to check in 5 people for 3 rooms. I had a reservation. Toilet intermittently would run during the night. Toilet area is quite small. Couldnt figure out how to get the A/C off auto. Room became warm during the night. Dog barking outside my window at 6AM. He might have been left in car. Im very short in stature. I find it hard to climb into bed. They are too high for me. I have to climb on a chair to get into bed.
