Liked: Everything was fine.
Disliked: Not enough towels. Bed covers seemed to be small for bed.

Liked: The place was clean.
Disliked: I stayed for 2 days and got room service. And I was leaving my guest slip and fall on black ice hit her head and person on front desk acr as we were lying and didn't even offer any help or showed any sense of worrying..To me the place is lacking customer service experience.
