Liked: Close to several restaurants. Lovely hotel. Beautiful architecture. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: No parking! Finding affordable parking is difficult. The attached parking can cost you big time.

Paid in Full, Denied at...

Liked: I prepaid for a 2-night stay and arrived late at 4 AM after a long 8-hour drive. Despite the hotel clearly stating that check-in is available anytime after 4 PM, I was told that check-in ends at 3 AM and was completely denied a room.They told me there were *no rooms available at all*, even though I had already paid in full. This was never communicated during the booking process. I received no refund, no help, and was forced to find another hotel at my own expense in the middle of the night.This is not only unacceptable but also a complete failure of basic customer service. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. If this is how they treat paying guests, it’s not worth the risk.
