Disliked: Overnight valet parking is $50. More expensive than some, but you are only blocks from everything.

Lacking is customer service

Liked: The location was great. The room was beautiful.
Disliked: The location of the room. The views were bad. They did not have the bathroom amenities ready for me. My bags were lost by the airline so when I asked for a shower cap, toothpaste and brush and towels it took the two hrs to bring them. There was no coffee or tea at the coffee station. They did not offer tea at all. At that room rate I expected more. I left after one night as soon as my bags were delivered.

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: I went to the front desk around 11:00 p.m. and ask for a couple bottles of water. The lady said that they were out. I asked her if she knew of any stores and she pretty much gave me a snarky reply. She didn't give me any other advice especially for somebody who's from out of town. I called in the morning and they said they were still out of water bottles. But I was told I can go to the restaurant and pick up some. As I went down to check I asked where the restaurant was to get the bottles. She said she had some. I asked her why would they tell me if they were out. She gave me a snarky reply of it wasn't me. And that she has had them. I know she gave me a couple, but I don't think I'm coming back just because they don't seem to care about their guests. As a matter of fact I am not coming back. Somebody needs to train them in customer service. Especially somebody who's not from Minneapolis.

Liked: The room layout
Disliked: There wasn’t a lot going on and the staff seemed to act like I was a low class citizen since this booking was through Booking.com. People above us were extremely loud. Staff did not ask us how our evening was when they were checking us out.

Exceptional

We enjoyed the excellent night...

Liked: The location was in walking distance from the US Bank Stadium. We were impressed with the hotel security. The best part was the excellent night sleep in the most amazing comfortable and cozy bed.
Disliked: There was an issue with the toilet not functioning properly but is did not destroy the stay. There should be more explanation on parking as too having to keep our parking ticket on our person and not leaving it in the vehicle, this made is difficult to get into the parking area the net morning.

Liked: Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is unbeatable if you're doing anything downtown or attending sporting events.

Good

Liked: It was clean, comfortable, and had fast elevators
Disliked: The bars. The bar on the first floor only being open during happy hour is kinda of a letdown. Not only that, there were not a lot of drink options. For the price of the drinks, you would think there would be more options, but there was not at all.
