Liked: The hotel gave us a fab room overlooking the golf coirse and made our stay extra special with the finishing touches they put in the room which we wernt expecting.The spa is amazing and all of the staff hotel and spa were very professional and friendly, nothing was a problem.Fabulous stay all in all, thankyou Ramside

Liked: Room was lovely and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection and we attended the Abba party night on the evening which was great.
Disliked: The only thing I could fault is the limit applied to accessing the leisure facilities, you only get 1 hour access and if people are staying in a hotel they may want to make full use of these.

Nice but overpriced for what...

Liked: Stunning location, beautiful property. A little tired in places.
Disliked: It wasn’t the property, it was the experience, you only get an hour in Part of the spa, which was overrun with kids (painful) then we at on the hotel restaurant- which we ended up getting a refund for as a romantic night away turned into my partner eating all his food and me waiting another 10 minutes before I complained to the manager who advised it was a wagga mama’s dinning experience (WFT) if I wanted that, I would have eaten there
