Liked: It was quiet which was good. Clean enough. Bed was ok. Coffee provided was good. Plenty of towels.
Disliked: Bathroom in very deteriorated condition. The furnishings (lamps, desks, tables) need replacing. Room smelled of very old cigarette smoke. No instructions for television. Wallpaper peeling. Sad to see the condition of this place with Ramada name associated with it.I wish the manager would give reasons for some of the online criticisms.

It would be perfect if...

Liked: Staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable. Location is great (close to Hwy 401).
Disliked: The bath tub was clog a little bit, and there’s some cream on hair dryer handle.

Overall a functional room with...

Liked: NOTE - was in a Queen Room with Pull Out Couch - Main Floor of the hotel.Staff - Excellent staff - friendly, welcoming, accommodating and quick to help.Pool - Good sized pool - a little cool (temperature wise) but larger than expected for a hotel of that age. The pool is deep (no real shallow end for little ones). The depth at the shallowest part was 3ft 9 and 5ft 6 at the deepest. Little one should have a puddle jumper or life jacket.Pillows - good number of pillows with varying densities. I prefer a harder pillow so stacking two of them up worked well.Water pressure - Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Shower head had 3-4 settings and was a decent sizeLayout of the room - all very functional with a larger bar fridge, small microwave and a little brewer for coffee or tea.Linens all smelled extremely fresh (including towels)
Disliked: Rooms are dated in terms of the wall paper / ceiling, lighting. Bathroom is functional but small. Shower would be uncomfortable for taller guests. The tiles (shower and floor) are showing their age. Pull out bed from the sofa - the mattress protector was dirty with dried mud and the mattress needs to be replaced (thin, stained and musty). Staff swiftly brought a new mattress protector (again, service was excellent). I suspect that checking the pull out sofa wasn't always done properly by the cleaners since it was an obvious miss.In the former smoking areas of the hotel, you can occasionally get a quick 'whiff' of old smoke lingering around (again, an older hotel)
