Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Virginia Beach

We really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff members, particularly Debbie at the front desk and Evone in the dining area, as well as Kiwi Ben the bartender. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Liked: We very much appreciated that the hotel staff moved us to a quieter room and when we alerted them to the fact that our air conditioner did not work throughout the night, they had someone there right away.
Disliked: Noise from other vacationers and the smell of smoke in the hallway. Our room also got very hot during the night with no air conditioning.

Will not be staying again

Liked: Nothing! It didn’t look like the pictures on the website. The ac didn’t work and the room smelled like smoke

Disliked: Dilapidated building. Old construction, no breakfast, no housekeeping facility, do not recommend staying here at all.

Hotel has potential if things...

Liked: Great location...staff was very friendly and took care of issues in a timely manner. Las Palmas had great food. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Room had no shower curtain..had no remote for tv..toilet handle kept falling out...tubs need drain cleaned so water goes down better during shower...pool didn't have any towels and a rug should be placed by pool door so that the floor isn't so slippery...a lot of the outside doors didn't work when using room key
