Poor preparation and no

Liked: Location.
Disliked: My room was not ready upon arrival. I arrived more than an hour and a half after check in and my room was not ready. After speaking with staff twice I was given a room for a night then would have a to move the next morning. We had staff walk in both of our rooms unannounced. The carpet of one room was not vacuumed. Due to room not originally being ready upon arrival we were late for wedding rehearsal. This experience was awkward.
