The Live Hotel

Not sure if this room was for handicap accessible or if all the bathrooms are like this but the shower was not enclosed at all from the toilet and we took one shower and the both the bathroom and four feet into the bedroom were soaked! It was disgusting - didn't drain at all. There were puddles all night, I have pictures too! I was appalled - I hope no one has to go through what we did. I walked through cold puddles to pee throughout the evening - it never drained. Super disappointed for $200 a night?! Unbelievably terrible on top of the hour and a half late check in. They let us park an extra car for the inconvenience and tried hard at a customer service level but the room, OMG, atrocious.

The parking was free and convenient. The air conditioning was wonderful and the bed was big. All in all, a good experience with no complaints.

Staff was great - they even opened the store for us to get a snack after our concert. Fantastic location. We will stay there again for sure. The courtyard is beautiful!

Liked: Helpful staff, the room felt clean and I found it to be an over all pleasant stay.
Disliked: I didn't like that I reserved a room with a patio or balcony as shown in the advertisement. However, the room I was given had a sliding glass door that opened onto common undivided space. That was disappointing.

Disliked: Staff basically, quite uncooperative staff.We requested for early check-in, however, front desk was so reluctant that they kept saying that we can get the room at 3 pm only not even at 2:59 pm.

don’t think I’ll be staying...

Liked: I have been to this property only twice first time great experience no problem. Second time I had roaches in my room so I had them give me another room which had a weird shower bathroom combination so I wasn’t happy with the accommodations. I thought they should have put me in something a little bit better
Disliked: The staff was very accommodating, but the accommodations in my room with the roaches just gave me a bad taste in my mouth forever wanting to go back there again
