Liked: The male that worked at the front desk was very polite.
Disliked: The linen was dirty upon arrival. There is an Indian restaurant that sells only Indian food at the bar. Bar/restaurant closes extremely early even on the weekend.

Liked: The staff were kind and professional. Made you feel very welcome and answered all of our questions completely. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool looked nice and breakfast was great!! Definitely would stay here again!!

Disliked: Worn down. Bedroom mattress had springs you could actually feel when you sat on the bed. Outside door steps with no railing. Half ass ramps in wood and Astro turf. Bathroom sink located in the bedroom. Breakfast buffet was not up to par… cheese and egg omelet had parts crispy. Definitely not worth the price.

Nice property, but amenities need...

Liked: The room was large, the bed comfortable, the bathroom very good. Although it was a first floor room facing the parking lot, it was quiet. The property was very easy to find from the highway. There is an Indian restaurant on the property, which we didn't visit but saw many satisfied diners.
Disliked: We booked this property because it had an indoor pool and sauna. The pool looked nice, but we couldn't use it because it was filled with families and kids at all times, which of course is not the fault of the management. Turns out there were separate saunas in the men's and women's bathrooms near the pool, which were nearly impossible to find. After we found them we learned that they didn't work, and had not worked for some time. The hotel should not advertise amenities that are not operating. A less important issue was that the front desk took a very long time to check us in. However, checkout was easy.
