Liked: The delicious Chinese-Americsn buffet breskfast, the friendly staff snd being in the heart if Flushing.
Disliked: I’d have liked a smsll fridge.

I would avoid and look...

Liked: It was in a good location from the US Open Flushing Meadows. Just one stop on Line 7. The room was generally clean, and the bed was firm but comfortable, as were the covers. The staff was all very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was free, but it was just about the worst I have ever had. Very poor selection and very poor quality. I only ate there once and then went to Starbucks afterward. The Wi-Fi was so poor that I had to use my cell phone hotspot. I called downstairs and asked if there was a problem, and they said no, it is terrible. The TV's are not smart. The AC was very loud, but at least the noise was constant and not intermittent, so I could ignore it. The room was a bit musty, and I think the AC needs cleaning. No hotel shuttle.

Decent place to stay, no...

Liked: good location - we were going to US Open tennis and also Citi Field. A short walk to subway station and only one stop over to the US Open and Citi Field. Also, a quick Uber/taxi ride from La Guardia airport
Disliked: Television reception was poor, we tried watching the US Open on ABC in our room, but the signal kept going in and out. Bathroom was old and worn looking. Bedroom was sparsely decorated.

Disliked: Very old and tired rooms and facilities. Beds uncomfortable. Paid premium price during US Open, breakfast diabolical. No fruit, no yoghurt, no bacon, no cheeses. Expect a minimum of a fresh continental breakfast when you are catering to US open visitors. Dining area had no staff and between sittings meant dirty tables.

Overall great experience will stay...

Disliked: The WiFi really didn’t work that well. Beds were to soft

Liked: The desk staff were very helpful and polite.
Disliked: The lobby furniture was filthy and old. Public areas outdated carpeting and tiles. Our room did not have a closet. Small rack for clothes. Iron on floor. 1 skinny bar of soap and small shampoo. No daily housekeeping unless requested.
