Very poor
Liked: Location Beds were comfy
Disliked: Staff was not as friendly as in hospitality staff supposed to beHad to use a trolley myself for luggage Breakfast wasn't good enough

Good
Liked: It was close to La Guardia. The room was basic and clean. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: It took a long time to get hot water but that was our only complaint.

Wonderful and Peaceful Stay
Liked: Staff were nice and polite. I was able to check in super late due to a flight arrival with no hiccups or delays. Hallways were quiet and had no problems with any other area of the hotel
Disliked: Breakfast could have catered to more than just the Asian community...Bagels should have been a staple. Its NY afterall

OK but I would not...
Liked: Room was OK - no daily room service. Breakfast - good Location-OK No parking

Great hotel for location disappointment...
Liked: Very convenient to all the shopping area also to the train stations very convenient. The front desk staff, the two young ladies in the morning were great. The lady at check-in was very polite and the breakfast attendant. She was always nice and helpful.
Disliked: The room that I stayed in was on the ninth floor facing the George Washington Bridge. The towel rack was falling off the wall just hold the barely hanging on with glue. The first time I checked in the shower had hair previous. Also shower curtain had mold growing on it too. When I let the front desk know they offered to have me move rooms, but unfortunately, due to a disability I have. I only have one arm and moving would’ve been much more miserable than just having to just transfer rooms. The staff did as much as they could, but the general manager I was very disappointed in have worked at previous hotels in my career Doubletree red lion Hilton when this type of situation would have occurred you know definitely a rate comp compensation would’ve been extended or even comp the first night due to the room, not being up to its expectations of the guest. The general manager basically told me he needed to do an investigation of the housekeeping, which I said that has nothing to do with the situation. It wasn’t clean. I showed him the videos and the photos. Basically he didn’t know what to do in the situation and so was extremely disappointed on how this outcome in the situation was.

It was okay.
Liked: Ease of check in, staff friendly.
Disliked: The shower walls were moldy, the lock/latch on the front door was busted and the pillows were super flat

Very nice.
Liked: Close to a lot of things and we had a great view.
Disliked: The water took a while to get warm. But it’s nyc and there were like 12 floors not a big deal to me
