Liked: This hotel has changed to Kompose Hotel. It no longer exists as a Raddison. We booked while it was a raddison that offered an airport shuttle. The Kompose does not, but they provided complimentary Lyft service.
Disliked: Hey Booking.com….you did not inform us of the change. When we tried to contact the hotel to let them know of our late arrival, the message we got was that the hotel no longer existed. We should have been informed of the change. It was quite a problem to get this sorted out. In the end, the Kompose Hotel was top notch, but booking.com was not.

Waste of money

Liked: I never staying at this hotel, I lost my money as the hotel stated online it was shut! I got in contact with booking.com who were no help what so ever and suggested I just turn up on the day?!Who would risk this after such a long journey too it was a chance I was not willing to take!I found out at a later date that they are possibly still open under a change of name however nobody answered phones or emails to say this! Hundreds of pounds down, I stayed at citizenM worldcentre instead and this was a very very good stay!
Disliked: No contact with paying customers to say what has happened!
