Disliked: This property is dirty and not safe. They have long term tenants who make the hotel very dirty. I advise everyone not to book with location. It’s horrible

Disliked: It was being updated but wasn’t told upfrontStates a 24 hr shuttle but was told we couldn’t use itCharged for 2 rooms and we only booked 1 😡Restaurant closed and a poor buffet was in place and charged $25 each for it

Radisson are a utter disgrace!...

Liked: Staff were helpful
Disliked: Radisson have taken 2 unauthorised payments of $150 and $65.79 from my debit card and have failed to reimburse them to my card despite several phone calls. This means e have paid almost double the cost of the room for one night. The staff at the hotel have tried to assist but basically they are unable to do anything apparently because of Radissons reimbursement policy and/or their accounts department.Note also the hotel is undergoing refurbishment so is basically a building site.
