Pleasantly pleased! They accommodated our needs above and beyond. The pool was really warm and spacious. Drinks and service from Jimmys was good. I loved the fire pit outside as well. On the pricier side but all around I was happy with our experience! The room smelled great when we opened the door; clean and comfy beds/pillows. Two water bottles waiting for us on arrival which was a nice touch. Loved the front desk staff! Thank you all so much for everything. This will be my go-to hotel!

Disliked: This hotel is in the middle of some sort of transition but it’s not clear if it is still a radisson. Overall it was fine but not worth the cost

Liked: The restaurant/bar was great. The staff there was accomadating and so pleasant. The hotel staff was great also. The room was spotless and very nice. I truly enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: The lack of housekeeping during my stay. It wouldn’t have been worth mentioning if the fact that we had to empty our own garbage. We put it outside our door. We saw it the next day.

Liked: I enjoy the location and it’s proximity to the highway.
Disliked: The room was dirty and appear as if the carpet was never vacuum. The drain in the shower was super slow and backed up whenever the water was on. My room smelled like old smoke/cigars.There was never anyone present at the desk .

Overall a nice stay

Liked: The look & the cleanliness of the property was great as was the food in the restaurant, the atmosphere, and the bar service. A very comfy bed too.
Disliked: Table service was a bit lacking. Check in was rather slow. I also had a room right by the elevator and I heard lots of dinging in my room throughout the night and early in the morning. I would request a room next time that didn’t share a wall with the elevator. The lever I had to pull up on to get the water to come out of the shower head was really hard to pull. Room 417
