It served its purpose

Liked: Great staff very hospitable great customer service
Disliked: The room need to be swept and mopped better the freezer in the mini refrigerator did not work

Don’t waste your money here!!

Liked: It was a short distance from the convention center.
Disliked: Very disappointing. The staff did not care that we had issues with the room. The door would stick when you would open and shut it, making a terrible noise. The toilet ran and we would have to lift the tower to get it to stop. The tile was falling down in the bathroom. The tv reception was bad it would randomly be scrambling so we couldn’t watch it. You had to push the button aggressively to get it work. All the furniture was chipped, drawers wouldn’t stay shut. The fridge either froze our drink or kept them luke warm at best. The good things, well lit parking lot. Warm water in the shower, but no fan in the bathroom. So be prepared for a heat stroke. The house keeping knocked on our door SEVERAL times to see if we needed anything between 10 and 11… even after we would tell them someone already checked on us. Today we checked out. House keeping knocked on the door at 10:45 and 10:50 to tell us to get out. We were trying to finish the last couple things to pack. The gentleman on staff knocked AGAIN at 10:55 and very rudely told us to leave the room. We said check out was at 11 and we were trying to but they kept interrupting us! He tapped his wrist and huffed and walked away.Several times I contacted the front desk or talked to housekeeping and no one cared about the issues with our room. They just all said they would let someone know.Don’t waste your money!!!

A good place to stay...

Liked: Traveling through Tx, good room price, well lit parking area, clean room.
Disliked: Does not have any food places close by, went to a Dollar Store for food for supper

Will stay again.

Liked: Clean room, quiet surroundings, easy check in and out... Also forgot workout machine and staff was helpful, and I returned to get it a few days after

Liked: The size of the room.

It’s a shame so many...

Liked: Not much to say here.
Disliked: It was difficult communicating with staff with the language barrier and the cleaning staff woke me trying to enter the room each morning after late nights.
