Nice place - good staff.

Liked: Location and staff! Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The lounge closed too early to be convenient for later travellers.

Bad

Disliked: The hotel is very run down and lots of things are broken. The sauna didn't work during our whole stay and the key card scanner to get into the pool locked early and we had to go to front desk for access. We were told it was because of the time change which was over a MONTH ago and it still hasn't been fixed!! Our fridge broke/overheated while we were out for the day and the food we planned on eating for dinner got ruined. When we told the front desk he replaced the fridge and said we could grab something from the snack shop downstairs. However upon going down we were told by the same person we actually could only have one small drink and would have to pay for the single tiny chip bag we each had picked out. It was late when this happened and weren't able to get food from anywhere and we were being told we couldn't even have a measly bag of chips. Our whole dinner was in that fridge and we were starving. No other compensation was offered. Staff were very unfriendly and rude.

Liked: Large comfortable rooms. The pool facility was wonderful. I liked the sauna. Nice location to airport.
Disliked: The hot tub was closed for maintenance. Inly decaf coffee in room so I went to front desk to request coffee but it was never brought up.
