Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and booked us on the highest floor they could with a great view and balcony. Room was clean and affordable. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Very happy with our stay and with ConcertHotels.com!

Liked: Staff was great. Room was wonderful and so affordable. Perfect commute to venue.
Disliked: There were dishes in the hallway the entire time we were there, but that’s it.

Seems like a great deal...

Liked: 18th level restaurant closes MondaysAnd they lock you out … you can’t even go up and get a view and that was a main reason we booked there when we were in the area.
Disliked: A little outdatedThe elevator was super loud and scary sounding but it worked lolOur tv was broken and we didn’t find out until after we unpackedThey moved us to a different room… I asked for a better view at least, we got a worse view.They said they wished they could have given me some kind of discount on the room for the trouble but because I booked on booking.com and not at their front desk, there’s nothing he could do…. But he also didn’t offer me a discount on breakfast the next morning or anything either, so I doubt he actually cared. They left us 2 towels in the hotel. We had 4 people in the room, so I had to go down to the desk to request extra. Their ice machine was broken on our floor and there was no bubbler either.

Convenient , pleasant and reception...

Liked: Not too far from downtown Cincinatti , a local bus journey to heart of Downtown was only $2 each way and the stop was within 5 mins walk of the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike although flushing the toilet was a bit hit n miss due the set up ( fix) . Property could do with a bit of a cosmetic update.
