The room was nice and the restaurant was excellent as well, with service and food. If in the area again, I will certainly stay at the Radisson. Thanks.
Liked: Tiffany at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff!

We enjoyed our meal in the 360 degrees rotating 18th floor restaurant. Steak was wonderful, wine list was adequate!
Liked: Great views. Great 'Sleep Number' bed. Great HD TV!

I would stay bere again....
Liked: The manager was very good at addressing and handeling the issues at hand. Also the double rooms were VERY convenient for our large group and kids to go back and forth safely.
Disliked: Well our food took almost 2 hours to be delievered ( computer error no biggie) then they called back and said they were out if steak, again okay no big deal. Then when we finally got out food all $30 worth of wings were flavored wrong. When I called to see about getting them fixed the bar tender pretty much said well the manager already gave it to you for free so stop complaining!!! That upset me I didnt ask for free meals i was more than willing and able to pay i just wanted a good dinner after my long day. But again the manager was very polite and sympathetic and handled the situation well.

Our Awesome 4th of July...
Liked: Convenience to attractions, such as Cincinnati, Ohio,BB Riverboats, Newport on the Levee and location to restaurants. ?? It also overlooks the Ohio River! Beautiful Scenery. The lobby is beautiful!
Disliked: My husband and I saw a large roach climbing the exterior of the building while we were on the balcony. There was hair on the bathroom door from a previous guest. We had to clean the stopper in the sink of our bathroom and remove it which was filled with hair and grime. It also couldn?t be pressed to allow water to flow in and out of the sink. Other than those few issues, the room was comfortable and nice.

Liked: Location was easy to find. The bartender was super nice.
Disliked: The thermostats are centrally controlled I guess. We kept setting it to 68 and it would go back up to 72 by itself. I had the worst 2 nights of sleep- sweating and the ac kept going on and off I suppose to trick me into thinking it was working.

Liked: The room size and city view
Disliked: So I stayed at this particular hotel with my son last year and I really enjoyed my stay. Coming back from Gatlinburg this year, I recommended saying at the Radisson on our way home to a friend of mine. Originally we booked a room for an overnight stay, and decided to book another room next to the room I had already booked for more room for the teenagers and I. I didn't know whether to go ahead and use Booking.com or to call the hotel directly to have the rooms next to each other. I called the front desk and a lady answered and she said to book the room on Booking.com and call her right back to make sure that she would link the rooms together; and so I did. Upon our arrival, (I believe his name was Tim, as the front desk manager) was at the check-in desk. First of all, I walked upon him and he was complaining about how the restaurant manager at The 18th (restaurant at the top of the hotel that rotates...also had reservations for) was saying that she needed him to stop a patron to return his credit card to him before leaving the hotel. I waited until he ended the call, so I could check in. He proceeded to tell me that he linked the rooms but she didn't (nothing I understood nor did I care coming back for a 5 hour trip from Gatlinburg); I just wanted to check in to my hotel room that was supposed to be next to my friend's room. He let's me know that the rooms are booked and basically parallel but between two floors. At this point, I'm over it. I did what the hotel receptionist told me to do and now the hotel manager was trying to fit me into a single king size bed, two doors down from the room I have. How are two teenagers going to sleep in the same king-size bed that I paid for 2 beds for??? I then asked him if there was any way that he could accommodate me for inconvenience. You would have thought that I said a magic word..."Oh, you said "accommodate"? I said "Yes for the inconvenience.
