Liked: I like everything about this hotel. The staff was very responsive. The room was great - clean and neat. The location was suburb.
Disliked: I wish they would provide a refidgerator.

Liked: The staff are kind and welcoming. We loved the room, large bathroom, and pool. This is our official Houston hotel!

Liked: Staff were excellent. We loved having our rooms cleaned and made up each day. Not many do this anymore.
Disliked: It is awkward getting in and out of the parking garage. If coming from one direction, I have to do a loop and and then immediately get to the right lane. 2nd issue is that they have a huge amount of available valet parking spots but not other parking.
