Good

Liked: The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet.
Disliked: They were supposed to have breakfast until 10, they closed it at 9, and no one really seemed to care. The front desk lady stated that she doesn't normally work that shift, so she didn't know. They said there was a new cook and guess they didn't know what was going on.

Weekends getaway

Liked: Location, cost, and convenience to everywhere I needed to be. Whenever I'm in Texas, I stay in Addison. This was the first time I've stayed at the Radisson.
Disliked: The water pressure was not that great. Every time I tried to call the front desk, it rang once and had a busy signal. The ice machine was broken on my floor. 3rd floor

Great hotel and location

Liked: Breakfast was good, hash browns were a bit raw but overall everything was good. I loved the cleanliness of my room and the whole hotel. Staff was so sweet and kind.
Disliked: The fire alarm rang for like 4 minutes past 5am; scared me especially since I had my aging mother and I didn’t know how to react after it went off. I didn’t like this at all!!
