Liked: The location was great, it was right next to a Tube station and only about a 10 minute walk from Euston station. We picked the hotel because it was close to Monopoly Lifesized and that was only an 8 minute walk away.The breakfast was lovely; we had it included in the price which meant we had access to the continental breakfast. It included an assortment of breads, meats and cheeses plus the usual cooked breakfast and pastries. On top of that there was a menu at your table to have something cooked for you. I had the French Toast and my friend had the Eggs Benedict and both were very good.
Disliked: The tea at the breakfast was not good but I think that was down to the milk that was on the table. I had to go to reception for help getting into my room because the door jammed. Apparently it is a known issue with that particular room so it would be good if it could be fixed.

Really nice hotel

Liked: Nice staff, pleasant stay with awsome restaurant experience- the man working there was exceptionally kind and professional :) My kind suggestion would be only providing better sound isolation- the noises from the corridor went easily through the door.

Liked: Location was great. I left my phone charger behind and staff took care of it until I was able to pick it up.
Disliked: The long wait to check in.
