Liked: Great eating. Loved the main building.
Disliked: Our ocean view room needed maintenance - peeling paint on woodwork and a basic bathroom… not like the facilities in the main building. Took staff ages to get to our room to clean - we went out, came back, had lunch in resort snd it still wasn’t ready - 3 hours. We kept being told it will be 1 hour. In the end we grabbed some clean towels and didn’t get the room cleaned.

Very enjoyable and will visit...

Liked: Service was excellent, room was nice clean and cozy.
Disliked: Room service had to be self collected from the main building as the ocean view rooms are a little bit of distance away. But not a big deal

Disliked: 1. There was no mention that the ocean view rooms were located further away from the main hotel property. Hence we opted to pay and upgrade to be in the main building.2. There were no staff or monitoring the pool area where small children jumped in with their parents into the Jacuzzi while there were clear signage that children under the age of 5 were not allowed. This was extremely disturbing and some kids even got into the jacuzzi with their floating equipment.

Liked: Nice location with lots to do around it. Very picturesque with nice views. Hotel breakfast had lots of variety.
Disliked: Ocean View villa was very noisy with lots of thumping & shaking - you could hear car doors closing, kids running on verandah and people in next room quite easily

Disliked: Room was isolated from main resort. Many steep stairs in order to walk to resort.Buffet breakfast was super busy, stressful, many foods depleted.

Disliked: Mouldy showers, uncomfortable beds, bug problem in rooms (stayed there more than once - my bad), rude staff, way overpriced for what you get. Accused of eating minibar and charged then when disputed reluctantly refunded the charge after embarrassing us in front of patrons. We have pics of chocolates we purchased (same as minibar) so we assume the cleaners saw the wrappers and thought we ate the stale minibar. Regardless the issue was handled badly by staff. Expected better for the $400/night.
