#Great expectations

Liked: The luxury touches and great Ocean view were something to look forward to. We used the outdoor pool quite a bit and the buffet breakfast was definitely good value. Overall a destination to have on your list.
Disliked: Nothing all the facilities and staff were top notch.

Liked: Excellent view, comfortable bed, chair and couch.Additional toiletry items, greatly appreciated.We requested to move rooms due to noisy neighbours.Because it was the Ocean View Room it is separate from the main building and is a very comfortable weatherboard. The move was done quickly along with the conversion of the two single beds to one large bed.
Disliked: Just the noisy neighbours!

Liked: The price was reasonable compared to other places in the area.
Disliked: It is not clear that you are not in the main building and it’s extra to upgrade. The shower was dirty and you can hear all the other rooms around you. The team wasn’t flexible to alter bookings at all and blamed booking.com for not allowing us to change it which I felt was sneaky when booking.com said it was them. Overall, it’s a beautiful place but for the lower prices you are in cabins.
