Lovely hotel. Amazing staff who...

Liked: Bathroom was very modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room service was good. Hotel is lovely. Staff went the extra mile and walked me to the bus station and carried my luggage after my taxi didn’t show up.
Disliked: It was crazy hot and you can’t open the windows. And there was no top sheet on the bed, only a very heavy comforter. (Though they did give me a top sheet when I asked for one.) And there was very little furniture in the room. I was hoping for a desk but their version of a desk was a stool and a small round table. Beyond that there was only a small luggage rack. Another chair or table really would have been nice. And there was not an outlet in the bathroom that would take the travel adapter. So I couldn’t use my straightening iron in the bathroom…creating more need for another chair or table in the main room to set it on.

Liked: The room was simple but stylish, all quiet up on the 3rd floor. A window that could open was so wonderful! It was spotlessly clean, with beautiful linen on the bed and really comfy pillows. There were lots of sockets. The lighting was good, and the blackout blinds were perfect. The bottled water and milk in the fridge were great.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small, but that was not a problem. The toilet roll holder is fitted too low. Not a lot of space when using the toilet if you were a slightly bigger person.

Disliked: King size bed was two singles with one mattress higher than the other. Smell of sewage from the bathroom drain.
