Clean, quiet, and Caring staff--True...

Liked: I really appreciated how clean, comfortable, and quiet the room was. I've stayed at many hotels, but I've never encountered managers/owners who go so far out of their way to help guests. I witnessed the manager personally carry an elderly woman's bags when she was struggling , a true act of hospitality that left a lasting impression.
Disliked: N/A everything was great!

Comfortable , Affordable and AWESOME...

Liked: Its New Owners and New management, Awesome Customer Service!! Love the staff and manager who went above and beyond to help me out. I am not an easy guest to deal with :). Rooms are super big , my kids had enough space to run around. Very comfortable with family. CLEAN! Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was optimal. overall Perfect stay!!
Disliked: seems like they had some disgruntled guests in the past, after my conversation with the managers seems like they are turning this place around.

Disliked: The 3rd floor halls were extremely hot , the elevator were not working properly, we had to take the stares multiple times and the heat was intense. Told the staff and they did not care. The room requires for you to put your key at the entrance for the lights and AC to work, which mean when you leave all day to do your travel duty and come back tired and exhausted the room is extremely hot and you have to wait until it cools down . Horrible I will never stay here ever again.

Disliked: The security lock on the door was broken the shower didn't work the door between bedroom and sitting room was broken there were no washcloths in our room and the entire property smelled and looked like it has been neglected and not maintained regularly

Liked: Nothing , everything was horrible, disgusting.
Disliked: I'm not sending you a photo of some women's underwear we found when we took down the shower curtain.I'd better put it there so you can believe me.It was disgusting.The carpet in the room was super dirty, the power cords were exposed and unsecured, there was trash from boxes and bad TVs in the hallways.the elevator without inspection document.I have never stayed in such a dirty place, bad service, awful

Disliked: First room was filthy. Switched rooms. It had left over food in refrigerator from previous people. Tv didnt work so staff changed it. The icemaker down the hall was filthy and didnt work. It looked like it had been broken for a long time. Carpet was old
