Disliked: Nothing else. This is a shoddy, ill maintained property which is a total disgrace to the Quality Inn brand. Common areas were dirty and worn out and we were met by a surly and apathetic agent on arrival who couldn't have cared less about us. WORST OF ALL - the rear door to the parking lot (normally activated by a guest key card) was left ajar at night which was a serious breach of security and left us feeling unsafe during the night. We won't ever be staying at a Quality Inn again and I will be posting reviews on every site I can find to share my bad experiences. I challenge you to actually do something about this rather than some computer generated platitudes.

No Amenities

Liked: The room was clean. The furnishings were in good shape and pleasing to the eye. The bed was comfortable. Good TV. Room temperature was good. Pleasant Front Desk people.
Disliked: The pool was closed. No breakfast bar. No ice, no vending. Common areas were dirty. As soon as we got to our room we washed our hands and the sink didn’t drain. The girl from the front desk was very helpful and prompt in getting it repaired. Kids were running up and down the hall yelling at 4:15 AM.
