Liked: Leaving
Disliked: Paid for 2 nights never was i informed pool and hot tub where ot in use. Quality inn offered me 1 night reimbursement so I was a little satisfied. Quality inn told me to contact booking.com to call them and that I would be reimbursed. Even on the phone the booking.co. guy said I was getting reimbursed now all of a sudden there is a problem. Ill never come back

I was unable to stay...
Disliked: I was unaware of $100 deposit on my stay after paying for a $113 room. When I asked about potential refunds I was told that it was non-refundable. Even though I did not stay there because I was unable to pay the deposit.

Liked: Going through a disaster where I travel to traverse city to get my family to safety from Gaylord mi I checked in to find the pool wasn’t working and i didn’t even go inside to our room I decided to cancel my stay was not refunded and also have not got my incidental deposit back either and my family trying to find a place for my children to be safe and now I’m financially struggling cause of these circumstances please do something to help

Watch out if you have...
Liked: The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. The pool was closed the entire time because they were fixing it.
Disliked: The fact that there was hardly and housekeeping. We stayed for 10 days and had housekeeping 1 day. Out of 10. I have 3 toddlers and we did our best to clean up after them but would've been extremely helpful if we had housekeeping. I had to track people down just for toilet paper and trash bags. We also took out our own trash multiple times. The top of the cake was the fact we found black mold on our curtain over the window. Which is also where the air conditioner is. I do have picture proof of that as well. Half the lights in our room didn't work and when I swapped out bulbs with working ones they worked but all the bulbs had 2 inches of dust on them. The coffee pot in our room didn't work. The microwave didn't have the proper hardware so our food never cooked evenly. The internet and TV went down quite a few times as well which left some cranky toddlers to entertain which would've been helpful if the pool was up and running. When I mention to the general manager all my concerns all I got was excuses and promised to be put on the housekeeping list... guess who still didn't get housekeeping. Also he had only been in the manager position since the 10th of March which is understandable but at the same time nothing was fixed when brought to his attention. Instead of offering us another room or for the curtains to be changed out so we wouldn't potentially get sick, he just said he'd take care of it after we leave.... yeah right... so just take caution especially if you have little kids if you want to book this hotel.

Liked: Clean and very friendly staff the maintenance workers also are very fast and providing you with service if you need anything fix in the room
